# OREXA Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At OREXA, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every perfume is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Due to the personal nature of perfumes and hygiene reasons, all purchases are subject to the following Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

## Refund Policy

Perfumes are personal care products. For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following circumstances:

* You receive a damaged or broken bottle.
* The product has leaked during transit.
* You receive an incorrect product.
* One or more items are missing from your order.

### How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within *48 hours* of receiving your order.

Please provide the following:

* Order ID
* Clear photographs of the outer package and the product
* A complete unboxing video starting from the sealed package until the product is fully opened (mandatory for all claims related to damage, leakage, missing items, or incorrect products)

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be approved.

## Important Conditions

* Claims raised after 48 hours from the delivery date will not be accepted.
* Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or improper storage are not eligible for refund or replacement.
* Fragrance preference is subjective. Personal dislike of a fragrance is not considered a valid reason for refund or exchange.
* Individual skin sensitivities or allergic reactions vary from person to person. Customers are advised to perform a patch test before regular use. Such cases are not eligible for refunds.
* Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery charges, and other service charges are non-refundable.

## Refund Processing

After your claim has been verified and approved:

* Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within *7 business days*.
* Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be transferred to the customer's bank account or UPI ID within *5 business days* after approval.

OREXA will share the refund transaction details once the refund has been initiated.

# Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

* Damaged product received.
* Broken or leaking bottle.
* Incorrect product delivered.
* Missing item(s) in the package.

The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories and packaging materials.

OREXA reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving any refund or replacement.

# Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

For prepaid orders, approved cancellation refunds will be processed to the original payment method within *7 business days*.
